Windproof sun protection

The collection B-1085 ZIP screens have a maximum height of 1,8 m. The unique zip system keeps the fabric locked in the side guides at every position. The B-1085 ZIP vertical blind passes the highest wind speed classification (wind class 3) and acts as an insect repellent.

Options external roller blind

You can choose between a round (B-1085 SR ZIP) or square (B-1085 C ZIP) cassette, depending on the height of the external roller blind. The ZIP Screen is also available in a coupled version. The vertical blind B-1085 ZIP has a maximum surface area of 6,5 m² (or 13 m² when coupled).

ZIP Screen

The ZIP Screen is a vertical windproof roller blinds. Its unique zip system keeps the fabric perfectly locked in the side guides under al circumstances. Even with a wind speed of 6 Beaufort it doesn't flinch. The ZIP Screen is insect resistant and available in different versions.

Wind Class 3

Brustor vertical blinds with wind class 2 resist to a wind force up to 5 Beaufort. These windproof external roller blinds are packed in a robust casing and are equipped with strong conductors that are approved to the highest European standards (CE wind class 2).

Square cassette (C)

The cassette not only provides protection for the fabric and components, the aesthetic aspect as well should certainly not be missed. A straight cassette has an architectural design that blends seamlessly with the most modern buildings.

Semi-round cassette (SR)

A round design softens the sharp edges. Ideal for a timeless or more decorative style. Of course, the cassette of the vertical blinds also provides protection for the fabric and components against the elements.

Construction projects - Blinds

Fabric

The Brustor awnings and vertical blinds are equipped with a high-quality screen fabric. This guarantees a high color fastness and is treated against water and dirt. In the Brustor collection you can choose from hundreds of fabrics. Matter of aligning color and design to best suit your home.

Motorized

Most of the Brustor external roller blinds can be equipped with a motor integrated in the casing. This is very easy to control with a wall switch, a Somfy remote control or an automatic sun sensor. The choice is up to you.

Window strip in transparent PVC

Want a transparent PVC window on your screen? It's possible! The window is easy to integrate across the width (max. height 1,3 m, max. width 4 m). Need more visibility? Then opt for a transparent screen with Cristal PVC.

Wind meter

The Brustor patio awnings and external roller blinds can optionally be equipped with a wind meter. With fierce wind gusts this sensor activates the motor and the patio awnings / external roller blinds are automatically rolled into the casing. So you never have to worry. Very reassuring when you are not at home!
