Experienced Powder Coater (Spray Painter)

You undoubtedly know us as a sponsor of the Alpecin–PremierTech–Brustor cycling team and KV Kortrijk. To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for experienced spray painters (powder coating)


Job function


As a spray painter, you are responsible for the powder coating of profiles and small parts.

You ensure the production schedule is followed and make sure each item is finished correctly, on time, and in the required colour.

Your profile


Skills

  • You have experience as a spray painter, with solid knowledge of powder coating techniques.

  • Working in a warm environment does not pose a problem.

  • You speak Dutch, English and/or French.

As a Person

  • You are in good physical condition and at least 1.75 m tall, allowing you to coat the profiles comfortably.

  • You are punctual, accurate and quality-oriented.

  • You are flexible and willing to work overtime and on Saturdays during the high season (March – July).

Our offer


  • Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:35 (38 h), and during high season from 07:00 to 17:05 (45 h).

  • Shift work is an option.

  • Market-conform salary according to wage scales, supplemented with meal vouchers and hospitalisation insurance.

  • Collective holidays in August and December (Christmas period).

  • After an initial interim period and a positive evaluation, you may qualify for a contract.
