The architects designing Konvert's headquarters created a transparent volume, a glass ‘box’ that allows daylight to penetrate deep in the interior. This abundance of light adds energy and brightness to any working day. The building makes the most of the workspace so that people feel good while they work. To keep all that light under control, the temp agency looked for (and found) a durable and stylish solution in Brustor's built-in B1200 ZIP screens.
The new office was conceived as a place where people enjoy coming to work: an environment that has both a calming and inspiring effect. Expansive windows frame the view, allowing the surroundings to literally stream in. From the street, the entire structure has an open and inviting appearance, while the garden side is more subdued in nature. This creates a workplace that mixes transparency with a dose of discretion.
Not only do the sun protection ZIP screens perfectly meet the temp agency’s needs, but they also create a pleasant workplace for all employees.
Even though plenty of light is allowed to enter, the indoor temperature remains under control. And it’s all done in an energy-friendly and cost-effective way.

A total of 68 built-in Brustor B1200 ZIP screens were integrated in the design. Designed especially for modern newbuilds, this sun protection solution blends subtly into the window’s recess. The sleek, square housing seemingly disappears in the facade, leaving the architectural lines of the building intact.
Thanks to the ZIP technology, the screens always stay nice and taut, even on windy days, and control the indoor temperature naturally. The choice of colour – RAL7034, a soft yellow-grey – was consciously coordinated to match the facade material so that the building and sun protection form a single coherent whole. Matching screens create an extra streamlined look that doesn’t just look great but is particularly highly functional.
